SEO Analyst / Strategist full-time

WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ years working in hard-core SEO with demonstrable past results
- In-depth knowledge of both onsite & offsite SEO methodologies
- Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols
- Beginner-to-intermediate JavaScript and/or CSS skills
- Well versed in content management systems like WordPress
- Extensive experience in Google Analytics and WMT
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to provide insight and recommendations to achieve project objectives
- Must be extremely organized, focussed and disciplined, and resourceful
- Have experience working with and managing contractors and assistants
- Very fast and efficient with variety of computer applications and SEO tools
- Have no issues getting into the gritty details to dissect and fix and manage campaigns
- Have a get it done attitude.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Constant voracious learning and testing / scientist like
- Managing and responsible for results of 30+ SEO campaigns
- Periodically checking and testing with tools methodically
- Analyzing data constantly and monitoring conversions, bounce rates etc.,
- Continuous link building and link management & monitoring
- Executing Local SEO, national SEO, Video SEO campaigns
- Making onsite changes to websites
- Discussing and debating new tactics and strategies with manager ongoing
- Live by our core values
- Report to CEO or operations manager with key metrics, and targets
- Participating in several paid and free education groups to stay at the forefront
- Presenting on learnings and testing frequently with team
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3+ years direct hands on SEO experience
- Extremely tech savvy and fast typing and computing skills
- Willing to research, learn, and grow continuously
- Hungry for growth
- Evidence of extreme initiative in self-learning and growth in the SEO industry
