Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator (Contract Term) full-time
(Full-time, Contract Term)
The Job
Hopewell Residential Communities prides itself on being a leader in the new community development and real estate industry through the passionate pursuit of excellence and the goal of creating the world’s most sought after communities. This leadership begins with community planning and extends through our development and construction efforts to our award-winning sales and marketing strategies. In order to maintain our position as leader in sales and marketing strategy and creative execution we are looking for someone to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Contract Position) for a one-year term.
The Right Person
You have a passion for marketing, a dedication to learning, and the work ethic to be successful in the pursuit of excellence in both. You’re someone who wants to take the opportunity of a contract position to dedicate yourself to making a great impression and helping us to be better while you gain phenomenal experience with an outstanding team. You have a full understanding of modern marketing and advertising principles, experience with management of the creative process, and superior project management skills (which also means you love to be organized and to make sure everyone else is too!). We are in the business of creating fans and brand evangelists and you’ve had some experience in being part of the creative process across a range of media platforms and are totally comfortable with new and traditional media marketing channels. You’re an “ideas person” who’s outgoing and energetic, but know how to adapt your communication style based on who you’re interacting with. You get along well in a collaborative team environment, but also like being empowered to get things done on your own and most importantly you like to anticipate the next step and take the initiative to get there. You likely have solid marketing experience as a marketing coordinator (maybe even industry-specific experience) and if you don’t you’re a quick learner keen to expand your skillset. You are the embodiment of our corporate culture and as such you enjoy working with a professional team and have a great sense of humour. You’re also a positive person who enjoys taking ownership for your objectives and are inspired by the idea of being the catalyst that will help us enhance our industry-leading sales and marketing programs. In return you can count on a fun and youthful working environment where you’re respected, challenged, rewarded, and above all else – empowered to be yourself.
