ZE PowerGroup Inc. is a software company located in Richmond, BC. Our ZEMA suite of software is an award winning data management and analysis software that provide clients with powerful capabilities for data collection, process automation and business intelligence. We are looking for someone with marketing design and production experience to join the marketing team. Responsibilities

Photo/Video/Audio Design & Production: design, record, edit, develop special effects, and produce corporate and interactive videos using After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, Flash and other software needed for video and sound production. Design and produce multimedia-based layouts, graphics, digital animation, and/or content for websites, presentations, videos, online tutorials, and other media. Take, edit, and manipulate photos; maintain and organize production file archives.

Technical Support: provide technical consultation to the marketing team; research new technology and trends; troubleshoot, test, and analyze technical problems and determine solution; make recommendations to department for upgrading hardware, software and other technical equipment purchases.

Marketing: participate in campaign design, create HTML based emails & newsletters, manage email marketing, including contact lists and marketing campaigns; provide support in Social Media initiatives; provide support in web and campaign analytics. Provide a backup for web development.

Qualifications

• Degree in multimedia arts, new media design, web development, or a related field
• 3+ years of web and graphic design and development, video production
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other software to develop multimedia projects
• Experience in the design, development, and creation of interactive video-based multimedia; video shooting and editing experience using After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro and Flash
• Proficient in HTML/HTML5, Wordpress
• Practical knowledge of SEO management
• Candidates must provide an impressive personal portfolio showing recent accomplishments, technical, and design skills
• Social Media experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and time management skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in our fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Understanding of IA/UI best practices, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Proficient in PHP, MySql , HTML/HTML5, JavaScript/ jQuery, ZXSS/CSS3,  Wordpress
• Windows Server experience
