We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting ResponseTek and our suite of customer experience management (CEM) software and solutions to the sales prospects.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Product Management, the Marketing Manager leverages natural gifts for promotion, relationship-building, content creation and process and systems management to lead the development and execution of coordinated PR, social media, and direct marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, experience with marketing automation and CRM management, web marketing experience, a solid grasp of information and communications technology, and strong and energetic work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the company's internal contact and lead database, including cross-functional contact management processes and procedures.
•Establish and maintain continuous outbound, direct marketing communications programs.
•Align development of outbound content with corporate product marketing campaign strategy.
•Develop and write media materials, articles and features, press releases, blog submissions and technology backgrounders for target media
•Development of case studies, white papers, and other product marketing materials.
•Management of the corporate website, including creating and managing content, tracking activity and managing all website-related projects.
Knowledge and Skills
•Extremely solid writing skills, as well as excellent speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills, both working internally as part of a team and working with clients;
•Hands-on expertise administering and managing contact management, CRM and marketing automation systems and processes
•Working knowledge of creative design processes and multimedia/new media development and production.
•Experience with Google Analytics and search engine optimization best practices
•The ideal candidate is comfortable with HTML and CSS to edit and manage the corporate website.
•Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Experience using visual design tools in Adobe CS, such as Photoshop, InDesign, etc is an asset
Experience
•Degree or diploma in Marketing and/or Communications/PR from a recognized post-secondary institution.
•Minimum 2 years of progressive marketing, communications, product marketing and/or business development experience, ideally in the software industry.
