The Position:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communications efforts. In this role, you will design and execute campaigns to promote our programs, increase community engagement, and grow brand awareness locally and internationally. You will also build partnerships with education providers, families, and local organizations, playing a key role in expanding our programs and student base.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, assess, and refine marketing strategies that align with Convallaria’s mission, adjusting tactics based on market trends, community engagement, and program growth potential.
  • Apply expertise in brand development, content creation, marketing communications, digital engagement, and social media management to strengthen Convallaria’s presence and reputation.
  • Identify and build relationships with local and international community partners, hobby-based education providers, and organizations that align with our vision of intellectual enrichment through extracurricular learning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define target audiences and KPIs, and design data-driven campaigns that promote our Go programs and future offerings.
  • Support strategic market expansion through research, competitive analysis, and the development of localized marketing initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement both online and offline marketing channels to increase program visibility and drive student enrollment.
  • Lead and execute multi-channel marketing plans, including websites, email newsletters, digital ads, and social platforms, with a focus on outreach to families and community groups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to create promotional materials, including press releases and community announcements, to generate public interest and media coverage.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and support future planning.

Requirement:

  • Postgraduate education on sales and marketing, business administration, management or related filed
  • Minimum two years of experience in marketing, sales or related occupation are required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • Good marketing sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Requires exceptional communication skills and people skills
  • Proficient planning and organizational skills

Job Status: Permanent, Full-time, 30 hours/week

Salary and Benefits: $53/hour, 10 days’ vacation per year.
