Using creativity and attention to detail, you have the ability to make email speak to customers. As a Marketing Coordinator for Online and Affiliates, you will assist in the design and optimization of email campaigns, driving sales and building awareness. You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and approach each task as an opportunity to learn something new or enhance your skills. You aren't afraid to experiment and know the best results are produced in environments that constantly challenge the status quo. You will set up and deploy all email marketing campaigns, including promotional and lifecycle emails, and automated programs. Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, you will also review new affiliate applications, updating creative and monitoring activity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Email Marketing Manager to develop, set-up, and launch email campaigns
- Build and optimize automated email marketing programs in email solution
- Execute testing programs to optimize email programs
- Perform quality assurance on data, links, and email rendering across email clients and web browsers
- Monitor and report email campaign performance metrics
- Assist in developing creative briefs and work with designers to create effective emails
- Provide input and ideas to improve email programs
- Suggest new processes and procedures for enhancing email operations
- Proactively monitor industry best practices
- Manage Affiliate Networks
- Review and research new affiliate applications
- Maintain creative and product feeds
- Monitor affiliate keyword bidding activity on search engines
Outcomes:
- Understand Email Marketing Strategy
- Document email deployment processes and business rules for all mailings
- Maintain >99% Delivery Rate
- Update all affiliate ads, banners, links
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years in a marketing or marketing-operations role
- Demonstrated experience in email marketing campaign development and execution
- Working knowledge of HTML, Knotice and Photoshop
- Experience with Affiliate Networks like GAN & CJ preferred
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Results oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and orientation to deadlines
- High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
- A desire to learn and continuously improve
- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
- Experience working with creative agencies and / or designers as asset
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
