Position Description:

The role of Marketing Coordinator at Cortex Business Solutions is a hybrid role, focused on the coordination, implementation and analytical interpretation of all marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across all lines of business to coordinate marketing efforts and events, review campaign successes against established criteria and report back to the business on the overall ROI of sales & marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and campaigns (internal & external) in support of organizational goals
  • Create marketing collateral in support of sales & marketing efforts
  • Manage various marketing campaigns, events and materials
  • Produce ROI analysis of all marketing and related sales activities
  • Ability to work with all levels of business to gather information and deliver on objectives
  • Report back to the business on past, current and pending initiatives
  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends; analyzing collected data
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs
  • Monitor and track competitive activities, PR, and website messaging
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, able to work to strict deadlines and in high pressure situations
  • Ability to gather, interpret and communicate relevant data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant role
  • Marketing certificate/diploma or equivalent experience in relevant marketing role(s)
