Marketing Coordinator full-time
Relevention Marketing is an award winning, full-service marketing agency located in Abbotsford, BC. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our crew of creative and savvy marketing and design professionals to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio of clients.

As a Relevention Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a tactical master - able to simultaneously drive multiple client marketing initiatives forward with a keen attention to detail and the ability to set and execute on project timelines in a critical support role to the marketing team.
THE ASSIGNMENT
- Coordinate and execute all tactical elements of the marketing plan, calendar & budget (eg. marketing material production, direct mail campaigns, Facebook PPC, event support)
- Convert marketing strategy into project tracker with project timelines and major milestones
- Proactively coordinate numerous marketing initiatives with internal/external stakeholders
- Proactively own, coordinate and communicate status of ongoing client projects with internal team of Marketing Managers and Graphic Designers
- Provide consistent, tactical communication with suppliers/sub-contractors to request quotes and follow up on timelines
- Confidently interact with clients in a support capacity including meeting prep and follow up, information gathering and tactical coordination
- Capture and analyze on/offline metric data to complete client KPI monthly scorecard
YOUR CREDENTIALS
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing,
Communications or related field of study, coupled with a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals.
• 2-3 years relevant business and marketing experience with at least 2 years in a prior
Marketing Coordinator position
YOUR SKILLS
• Demonstrated ability to move several projects forward simultaneously and effectively
• Confidence to independently execute on project initiatives after initial direction is set
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of team
• Strong project and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word & Excel
Beneficial
• Experience with client and supplier interaction
• Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
• Solid grasp and presence within the Social frontier (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
• Appreciation for the English language, written word and copywriting skills
