Stephen Thomas Ltd (ST) is a full-service integrated marketing, communications and fundraising agency working exclusively with non-profit organizations in Canada and around the world. In business for more than 30 years, we are located near the trendy Distillery District and the popular St. Lawrence Market in downtown Toronto.
Our clients include the Canadian Cancer Society, Médecins Sans Frontières, OCAD University, Mt. Sinai Hospital Foundation, Cuso International, TVO and many more. From television and digital to outdoor and direct response, we work in all channels and are big believers in integration.
If all of this sounds like something you can get passionate about, we are currently looking for a Manager of Manager, Inside Sales to join our team. You will have an interest in the non-profit sector and a proven track record of selling professional services to potential clients.
Core responsibilities:
Manage our new business team
Find and manage new business opportunities and leads
Ensure we close new business opportunities and achieve our targets
Manage the RFP process from initial stages to competition
Drive growth, enhance profitability and support business expansion in the non-profit sector
Collaborate on new or enhanced services, products, strategies and marketing opportunities
Education & Experience:
Proven track record, with 3-5 years experience, in winning new business in consulting, advertising, or related services
Business development experience with clients and agencies preferably in the non-profit sector
Keen understanding of client and non-profit sector goals
Strong relationship management skills
