Inside Sales Manager full-time

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and extremely results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead the Inside Sales team. Reporting to the VP of Customer Relations, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing business, conduct market research to create effective promotions and awareness to generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans that contain creative tactics designed to achieve bottom line sales targets
- Conduct market research to analyze market conditions, demographics, company awareness, and timing to create effective promotions that will generate sales
- Direct and lead meetings with Inside Sales team to introduce callout initiatives
- Establish goals and targets for Inside Sales Representatives to strive to achieve while remaining motivated
- Analyze data and success ratios to determine achievable targets
- Participate in regular meetings regarding uniform policies and guidelines to be implemented across the Customer Service division
- Liaise with Customer Service Manager on specific topics to collectively make decisions in order to achieve consistency
- Establish key performance indexes and metrics to effectively implement the Inside Sales business plan
- Organize meetings with VP of Customer Relations to present a business plan and seek approval
- Analyze tools to provide measurements to report against KPI’s and distribute to upper management
- Analyze complex issues to identify an appropriate solution
- Mentor Inside Sales Team to handle issues as the first point of escalation
- Monitor sales calls Inside Sales Reps make to their book of business customers and provide constructive feedback to improve specific areas of their sales approach
- Utilize and award incentives where suited to maintain motivation within Inside Sales team
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a University degree in a Business related field
- Possess a minimum of two to three years experience in an Inside Sales role
- Experience in B2B sales and prospecting
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Superb leadership skills
- Ability to coach and mentor employees
- High proficiency use of computer software applications – MS Office and Outlook
- Flexibility with hours, availability between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri) as well as Statutory Holidays
