We’ve got an amazing team of marketing specialists who have built a powerful brand and strong engines for client acquisition. We’re looking for an experienced, results-oriented leader to head up our Demand Generation and Growth Marketing team, and in collaboration with our Inbound Marketing, Brand, Sales, Operations and Product teams, take our growth to next level. This is where you come in.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a measurable multi-touch and integrated demand generation strategy that drives leads and revenue
- Effectively manage and scale our paid marketing programs (FB ads, Google Adwords, etc)
- Building Bench's Marketing Automation function to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Driving best in class data capture and management, plus providing regular database health checks, cleansing and augmentation
- Championing the optimization and growth of the marketing database
- Defining and managing the end-to-end lead management process, including lead scoring and lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
- Partnering closely with other Marketing teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalization and advertising.
- Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length in partnership with Rev Ops
- Proactively introduce new technologies, services, partnerships & marketing programs that address key business needs and drive revenue
What are we looking for in a Director of Demand Generation?
- Minimum of 5 years of demand generation and digital marketing experience
- Degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
- Experience building and managing a shared demand waterfall with a sales team
- Experience creating and implementing successful programs for: seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration
- Experience implementing CRO/AB testing frameworks and tools across the marketing tech stack
- Expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce.com), marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and tracking tools
- Experience with budget management
- Leadership experience in a SaaS company
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented team player who doesn’t take herself/himself too seriously

- This is a full-time position, and annual salary will be based on experience
