Digital Media Sales Consultant full-time
As a Digital Media Sales Solution Consultant, you will work in partnership with our team of Account Executives in a pre-sales capacity to develop and position innovative online recruitment solutions for existing and prospective customers that leverage Workopolis’ entire product suite. Our team of Account Executives will also rely on your product and online industry knowledge to evaluate post-sale historical client performance using data and analytics to identify trends and develop a roadmap for future sales recommendations. You will deliver compelling presentations that will build a business case for investing in Workopolis.
Here's what you'll get to do:
Work with sales department to determine clients’ objectives
Analyze and evaluate clients’ performance related to Workopolis suite of services and present the findings with insights on optimization recommendations to encourage retention and growth
Develop strategies based on clients’ objectives leveraging Workopolis products and partnerships
Present strategies/solutions to clients alongside Account Executives
Analyze client needs, recruitment forecasts and sales trends to develop the search technology solutions
Assist in creating key business strategies that will enhance the position of Workopolis to consumers by leveraging a superior understanding of customer needs and a superior bundle of products
Liaise with internal resources to solve customer problems, provide excellent service to customers, ensure correct service implementation
Act as a consultant for the sales team
Here's what we're looking for:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a consultative/solution selling and digital media capacity
Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external clients
Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of various research and data tools (comScore, Omniture and other web analytics tools is an asset)
Superior problem-solving skills; excellent ability to anticipate and/or evaluate customer problems, translate them to needs and relate that to Workopolis opportunities
Ability to think strategically – translate to tactics
Ability to sell ideas and concepts, not just products
Working knowledge of ad serving technologies an asset
Knowledge of HR or recruitment industry is highly preferred
Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate and present to Senior Executive clients
Strong computer skills, specifically with MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
