Channel Marketing Coordinator full-time

We are looking for a very organized, deadline-driven person with project management experience to join our Marketing team as a Channel Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the Marketing department in the execution of the go-to-market plan and tactics.
Ideally you will have:
- 3+ years progressive marketing experience, preferably in operational marketing;
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Highly organized and can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with multiple projects
- Strong project management skills
- Strong B2B marketing knowledge
- Results oriented individual able to meet tough deadlines
- Exceptional oral/written communication skills
- Strong process-driven abilities and a passion for marketing
- Ability to travel
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Assist in the development of marketing materials or displays for trade marketing programs
- Assist in the execution of the go-to-market (GTM) plan at trade shows and other events
- Promote and educate all stakeholders of the GTM plan both internally and externally (sales meetings, launches, trade shows etc)
- Assist in tracking/reporting the GTM plan and trade marketing programs
- Manage trade marketing inventory of materials
- Assist commercial team in the execution of business development fund marketing programs
- Actively contribute to the “marketing toolkit” project group
- Participate in key launch events (sales meetings, trade shows, key product launch events etc)
- Help train local marketing resources
- Stock transfer marketing materials
- Project coordination of the necessary materials for trade marketing tools (workbook, hangtags, product naming)
- Other ad hoc and special projects as assigned by the Manager
