Responsibilities

• Take client project from close of sale to launch
• Manage ongoing client relationship post-launch
• Liaison between client and internal development team
• Prepare and manage project plans and timelines
• Oversee QA review
• Implement project management best practices

Requirements
• Prior project management / account management experience, preferably
with a web development company or digital agency
• PMP certification or other formal training a plus
• Detail oriented
• Comfortable interfacing with clients directly
• Equally comfortable interfacing with technical resources
