Intermediate Web Producer & Front End Designer

Working within the Marketing department, the candidate will be responsible for internet production and ensuring the execution of specific pieces of site strategy, design and best practices for email/internet marketing campaigns, project management and evolution of web features and functions.

Responsibilities:

•Understand corporate branding and marketing objectives, ensuring that all projects effectively support this strategy
•Design and implement best practices for email & internet marketing campaigns (inc. CPC campaigns)
•Evaluate, critique and contribute to information design and content organization
•Identify and act upon opportunities for improvement on existing site functionality and for ensuring consistent performance
•Act as the business owner for specific areas of site functionality and build an expertise on the technology, limitations, opportunities and related projects
•Be an active participant in enhancement meetings and lead all analysis & design meetings for specific enhancements
•Participate in meetings with all interested groups (marketing, professional services, IT, product mgt & development, etc.) to evaluate potential changes to the site
•Responsible for researching site issues (live site and testing sites) and resolving or prioritizing their resolution with efficiency
•Responsible for web progress (analytics, rankings) and SEO analysis and implementation
•Sourcing website promotions and SEM trends and opportunities
•Design and format print collateral

Qualifications:

•Extensive knowledge of Email marketing best practices in campaign construction and interface design.
•Proven success managing web development projects.
•An eye for B2B graphic design.
•Solid understanding of technical issues surrounding web content creation/maintenance, web production tools and information architecture.
•Extensive knowledge of Internet production standards and high proficiency with HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Dreamweaver, Photoshop/Fireworks, In Design, FTP, MS Office - all on Windows platforms.
•Familiarity with Desktop Publishing best practices and Print-Ready Design.
•Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
•Working knowledge of server issues and programming languages such as .Net, JavaScript, as well as leading media formats.
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent writing and communication skills - Copywriting skills a plus
•Ability to direct and manage work-flows with-in diverse peer, and senior teams
•Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving and negotiating skills
•Minimum of 5 years Internet experience
•Usability and customer-focused design experience
•Strong understanding of web usage trends
•Must be creative, resourceful, decisive, and resilient
