Bryan Mills Iradesso (BMIR), an integrated corporate communications firm, is currently accepting applications for a Web Designer. This is a design position that will focus primarily on website/online design.

Web Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design interactive web concepts
• Work collaboratively with the web team to come up with creative solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Passionate for design and knowledgeable in multimedia applications
• Expert knowledge in Photoshop/Fireworks, MS Office, Illustrator and InDesign
• Understanding of Web standards, development tools and techniques
• Familiar in Windows based environment
• Self-motivated, excellent analytical abilities, creative problem-solver, ability to plan and organize, attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change
• Ability to communicate well with other members of the team, both technical and non-technical
• Proven ability to lead projects, set timelines and meet milestones
• Excellent presentation skills.  Ability to speak to clients in a technical, aesthetic, creative and business context, in regards to design decisions

Other Requirements:

• Graphic design degree or diploma, with a strong portfolio
• Minimum three years experience
• Experience with online marketing initiatives, strategies and executions
