Core Accountabilities:
The VP, Supply Chain Systems and Process is a key role within the technology group of lululemon. This role is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and support of global supply chain operations for lululemon. This is a strategic role that encompasses both technology systems and business processes in support of global supply chain initiatives. Key components of this role include business engagement for the complete ‘ideation’ to ‘on shelf’ processes for lululemon products. This includes, but not limited to:
- Product lifecycle from design and development (PLM)
- Distribution Centers and Logistics Operations (WMS)
- Inventory Control Systems
- Merchandizing planning and Allocation/Replenishment
- Merchandizing
- Sourcing
Manages cross functional teams for the global design, development, implementation and support of all project activities, strategic and tactical, related to supply chain activities. This role provides professional and/or technical support and interpretation on Supply Chain matters to the senior business leaders of lululemon.
Required Skills, Experience and Academic/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 10 years related business experience required, preferably with utilization of major Supply Planning technologies
- Strong exp. in Retail Planning Systems projects (i.e., Product Lifecycle Management, Merchandise Financial Planning, Line Planning, Assortment Planning, Item Level Planning, Allocation, Replenishment)
- Experience in a vertically integrated, global, multi-channel retail environment is required.
- Demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective oral presentations to different audiences including senior level management
