Our client, a leading provider of loyalty and relationship marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a VP of Client Services to serve as the epicenter for all their client activity. The right candidate is one who will apply the exact mix of solutions and services to maximize client success while instilling best practices for the growing internal team. The candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, and executing programs that help clients generate revenue while simultaneously be involved with new business initiatives. Responsibilities
- Is the account lead for all client relationships managed, providing strategic and creative thinking, accountable for account growth, client satisfaction and retention
- Must be able to identify and build strong relationships with decision makers within client organization.
- P&L responsibility for all clients managed including forecasting budgets,revenue streams, and personnel expenses
- Is responsible for developing, managing, leading and nurturing all account personnel for all accounts managed
- Sets overall direction for client projects and ensures project compliance to client's strategy
- Works effectively with cross functional teams to develop strategic and tactical programming
- Project management towards timely and efficient launches of client marketing programs on RewardStream's proprietary technology platform

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
- 10+ years relevant marketing experience managing fast growing software development/web development teams
- Agency experience
- Minimum 5 years experience managing delivery team of 12 or more people with direct experience managing programmers
- Experience with high volume of ongoing maintenance work or change orders post-implementation
- Work experience with an on-demand or SaaS provider is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintenance tasks
- Project management experience with knowledge of PM methodologies and PM software tools
- PMP certification a strong asset
- MS Project, Visio and Serena TeamTrack experience
