Summary:
D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club is an 18-hole public links style golf course, where golfers of all levels and ages are able to practice their skills at the round or at the driving range. D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club also has a restaurant on site, Jerry’s, which is equipped with a full-service bar and a spacious patio where patrons can relax and enjoy panoramic views of the course with a backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club is an ideal venue for golf tournaments, weddings, and other social events.
The Vice President (“VP”) Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club’s brand positioning and drive customer engagement. The VP Marketing will identify, plan and execute marketing strategies and materials to meet business objectives.
Job Duties:
- Developing and implementing cohesive marketing strategies and plan to increase brand awareness;
- Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels (online/offline/social);
- Setting short and long-term goals for brand growth and customer engagement;
- Reviewing and managing the marketing budget;
- Building relationships with media, stakeholders and customers through creative PR strategies;
- Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc);
- Determining and allocating resources for marketing projects;
- Preparing reports and presentations on marketing strategies and metrics for discussion with senior management;
- Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth;
- Conceptualizing, guiding and overseeing execution of marketing events;
- Analyze and lead recruitment needs for the marketing department;
- Participate in planning of the company’s objectives;
- Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies; and
- Other duties assigned and consistent with the role.
Terms of Employment:
Permanent and full-time (40 hours/week).

$48.08 per hour ($100,006.40 per year)

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing or other relevant area.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a public relations and marketing role;
- 3 years of experience leading brand development;
- Proven track record of achievement and success providing quality customer service, and excellent data management and quality control;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organization, and strong public relations skills;
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize work, at times with conflicting priorities;
- Basic understanding of golf as a sport and the golf industry;
- Experience working in the golf industry;
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
