Social Media and Graphic Designer full-time

Our International Luxury Fashion Design firm is looking for an experienced Social Media and Graphic Designer.  In this career, you will find a dynamic and fast paced environment, where two days are never alike. The successful candidate will have a positive and results oriented attitude.

Summary of Responisbilities:

• Produce layouts for social media platforms, websites, magazines, packaging and Brand identity,
• Post to all social media platforms, (i.e: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc),
• Update and maintain website.  Must have extensive experience with Squarespace,
• Cropping and retouching photographs for lookbooks, press kits, etc., and
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role and industry,
• A degree in Graphic Design and Social Media would be an asset,
• Must have extensive experience using Squarespace, InDesign, Photoshop/Illustrator,
• Exceptional skills working on all social media platforms,
• Extensive experience in photo retouching,
• Experience in page layout or editorial/magazine design,
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team,
• Have a creative eye for design - with an attention to detail,
• Ability to present innovative design suggestions,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills,
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure, and
• Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business.
