IC Group, an interactive agency in Winnipeg, Manitoba is looking for a Senior Designer that lives and breathes the online world.

A sound creative thinker with a proven track record in the interactive industry, working on big brands, the Senior Designer will be a key team member who communicates and develops powerfully branded design concepts and deliverables in order to implement successful marketing strategies. With a combination of excellent design skills, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills, the Senior Designer will play a key role in leading digital initiatives as a part of our creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Designer will work with a collaborative group of designers, developers and other new media professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing powerfully branded websites, facebook pages, apps, emails and all things digital
• Collaborating with team members in developing concepts and communicating ideas
• Mentoring other designers
• Creating storyboards for walkthroughs/animated sequences
• Presenting creative concepts to the project team and clients
• Offering creative and technical solutions to meet client needs
• Estimating hours and effort required to complete tasks and adhere to project plans
