Sales and Marketing Specialist
With over 25 years of manufacturing Fiberglass Window and Door products, Inline Fiberglass has established itself as a leader in producing some of the finest window products available today.  We are looking for a sales and marketing professional to complement our sales staff.

In this role you will:

• Be a great sales achiever for new and existing sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Execute strategies, engaging key stakeholders, supporting change and ensuring targets are achieved through effective communications.
• Research accounts, identifying key players and generating interest.
• Support various brand, channel marketing, general marketing communication & program/campaign management initiatives.
• Enjoy working with professionals who are focused on customer satisfaction and developing long term customer relationships.

You will also possess the following skills and experience:

• Post-secondary education, with a business or industry related diploma.
• Experience in the window and glass field.
• Be familiar with the construction industry.
• Successful track record in professional selling.
• MS Office and Windows applications experience.
• Skilled communicator who is entrepreneurial, autonomous, enjoys winning, and approaches business with enthusiasm.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
