We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Marketing specialist with a passion for seniors to develop and implement property specific sales programs to achieve occupancy targets in accordance with budget and Company guidelines.

Performance Requirements:

• Engage in presentations, tours and sales meetings with potential prospects to encourage up-take.
• Conduct market research and contribute to annual Sales and Marketing Plan.
• Assist with the development and implementation of community outreach initiatives.
• Continuously follow the principles of “good customer service” and ensure that these values are demonstrated in day to day practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact and co-operate with management colleagues, all staff and residents as well as external public officials, media officials and suppliers.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in marketing and/or business along with an exemplary track record in sales, preferably in the retirement living or real estate industry.
• A dynamic and proven self-starter with recent experience in executing marketing plans, corporate & community communications, business development and public speaking.
• Strong computer and writing skills.
