Project Coordinator full-time

Norm Li is Toronto’s largest architectural rendering studio…we also think that we have the most fun while we work to be #alwaysbetter. If you are looking to apply your administrative skills in a creative studio environment, we’re looking for two (2) Project Coordinators to support our gang of 3D artists.

As a Project Coordinator, you are the administrative backbone for the artistic teams.  You triage and divert communications during the day so that the Studio Directors and their respective teams are able to concentrate on the work that only they can do: the art.  Your number one job is to manage the administrative side of the production pipeline.  This is composed of four main elements: communications, time management, budget, and documentation.

-MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Project, and Sharepoint
-Organization skills

-Some knowledge of architectural drawings would be nice
-Some overtime may be required to meet deliverables
