Manage large cross-functional programs/initiatives from vision/strategy to implementation
Communicate, collaborate and align with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Create roadmaps, manage program timelines, status updates and track program budget
Create scoping documents, project plans and key success metrics
Set program requirements representing stores in solution design & testing
Lead a working team inclusive of key cross functional partners in managing the program day-to-day, and identifying and translating business needs & requirements into solutions
Develop content, communication and implementation strategy
Plan and identify resourcing needs to anchor initiatives into day-to-day operations once implemented
Report on metrics of program and gauge business value
Audit and evaluate program post-implementation to ensure objectives have been fulfilled
Responsible for delivery and execution and ongoing maintenance and evolution of the program
Facilitate, follow up, support and gather feedback on various rollouts/programs
key deliverables – ship from store specific
Launch initial pilot for optimization in 65 North American locations and future expansion of program
Lead training & enrollment content creation and execution inclusive of remote training module
Lead in-store execution of fulfillment process, ensuring stores are meeting ecom SLA to guests
Identify training gaps and operational opportunities
Oversee / Facilitate store feedback calls and support
Document feedback and troubleshoot issues in the field
Work with project team to plan and coordinate enhancements and upgrades
Support change management of omni-channel, specifically in conversations relating to store hours, compensation and analysis of program that supports future rollout
Supported by the omni-channel analyst - provide analysis support to the project team and stores, tracking

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in omni-channel / direct to guest planning and logistics.
Advanced analytic experience with big data for a multi-million global retailer.
Project or program management experience, specifically in change management cross functionally.
Strong business skills with the ability to develop business cases and requirements for a global retailer.
Comfortable with building business cases and analyzing program/project results.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to succinctly and effectively communicate with operations management and senior leadership.
A personally responsible, self-starter.
Ability to connect the results of multiple strategies to see the one-to-five year future norm.
