Job Overview
This role is responsible for the creation and execution of the ProCare Program in Canada. Plans and manages all sales support and marketing initiatives for ProCare service. Candidates for this position must serve as a key member of the service team while championing Stryker’s Vision and Mission.
Responsibilities
Individual Responsibilities:
- Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive ProCare program for Canadian business; identifying opportunities for investment and education for both sales teams and customers
- Provides direction in market segment development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing guidelines that meet or exceed objectives
- Provides support of cross-divisional marketing and sales support. Responsible for supporting service contracts, service parts, and billable labor and travel
- Responsible for driving customer margin improvement by improving pricing
- In partnership with marketing and sales, support the creation of new service/product initiatives to engage the sales force in selling the service products for future growth
- Orders forecasting on a monthly basis for use in planning, manufacturing and inventory management
- Collects, analyzes and maintains competitive information including product literature and pricing and communicates information as appropriate
- Provide unparalleled sales support by answering questions and/or resolving sales team and customer questions
- Provides sales/service force with competitive and technical data on a timely basis
- Participates in and develops service sales training and programs
- Participates in customer visits as the resident product/market expert
- Prudent management of budgeted expenses
- Travel of up to 50% annually (working with customers, service personnel, sales representatives, and targeted accounts)

Education & Qualifications
- 3-5 years in related marketing, service/sales
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably Business/marketing or related discipline)
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
