PPC Manager full-time

Format is looking for a passionate, experienced PPC Manager to join our mission to further entrench Format as the world’s leading online portfolio builder and platform for visual artists. As our PPC Manager, you’ll report into our Head of Direct Marketing and will be responsible for applying your exceptional performance marketing skills towards meeting and exceeding our new customer acquisition goals. From campaign design, performance optimization, A/B copy testing PPC landing pages, and new campaign build outs you’ll have your hands full in a large and competitive field. You’ll also work closely with our marketing copywriter to build and optimize copy for ads and landing pages and be part of an overall marketing team that is driving our brand and our growth.
Desired skills and experience:
As our PPC Manager you’ll be pretty busy with lots to test and scale, so you’ll need to have 2-3 years of demonstrated expertise in:
PPC Campaign Management: Obviously, you’ll need to be super skilled in PPC campaign build out (both search and display), performance management and optimization for all ad networks. You understand that every day you’ll be looking to drive more new customers through a combination of testing and optimization. You’ll be adept at all the tools which really only exist to fuel your highly tuned analytical and often creative mind. You also have a good eye for design and you have worked with designers in the past to create beautiful banners that convert.
Landing Page Optimization: You understand how to build and optimize landing pages to drive PPC performance and conversions. You’ll have dev, design and copy resources to turn your visions into pages, but leading those landing page efforts will be 100% in your hands.
Budget/$CPA Management: You’ll have budgets and targets to hit and meet and you’ll know how to manage those with expertise. Even better is that you’ll have the ability to increase spend and scope as you demonstrate success.
Campaign Tracking/Reporting/Analysis: Managing, reporting and analyzing campaign performance is second nature to you. But you’ll also keep things super tight and organized. You love getting into the weeds but you also excel at sharing your data and results with others with others in a clear and articulate way.
Collaboration: While you enjoy putting your head down to get things done you also enjoy the thrill of collaboration and contributing to a larger team goal of growth, happiness, and success.
