Photoshop Artist full-time

We are currently seeking a junior to intermediate level Photoshop Artist to join our team on a full-time, in-house basis. If you are applying from outside Toronto, we will accept your application but you will need to be able to move here in order to join our team. International applicants will need to obtain their own visa to work in Canada once we submit an offer of employment.

Our Post Production team (also know as Entourage) is the cherry on top of our sundae. They're the ones who bring our images to life with unique and engaging narratives told without words.

In your role as a post production artist, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to - we value growth and initiative here!):

• Crafting compelling narratives in post production by adding entourage to 3D renderings (people, accessories, vehicles, vegetation, atmosphere, etc.).
• Matte painting (mainly retouching photos and enhancing them).
• Assist in managing 2D/3D assets.

Candidates should possess the following required skills:

• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, with an emphasis on photo retouching; specific Photoshop skills include masking, colour correction, curve/level adjustment, liquifying, and compositing.
• A strong understanding of composition, perspective, lighting, and colour theory.
• A keen sense of design, with an emphasis on architecture and interior design.
• A sharp eye for fashion, styling and trends.
• A high level of artistic ability.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with photography and cinematography.
• Ability to work in both independent and team settings.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Skills that would be a bonus include:

• An interest in 3D rendering/architectural visualization.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in After Effects/Premiere/3DS Max/Vray.
• Experience in photography.
