We are currently looking for an organized, result- driven, self-motivated Online Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This tactical position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their expertise in executing on marketing programs and reporting on demand generation for the global marketing organization. Working with the Manager and the larger Marketing team, the successful candidate will execute program deliverables and analyze campaign performance.
As Online Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Manage campaign creation, leads processing and routing
- Ensure timely creation, categorizing, import, and assignment of individual leads and lists
- Monitor incoming lead scoring and guide changes to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Build marketing lists for all activities; digital, print, direct, etc.
- Deliver robust reporting related to all marketing activities in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps
- Work with third party vendors to complete projects on time and within budget limitations
- Handle tactical development and deployment of forms and landing pages tied to campaigns
- Assist with planning and execution of various marketing activities - including email, Webcasts, third-party syndication, and PPC - to deliver and nurture quality sales leads
- Work with the Marketing Manager to help segment and leverage the lead database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide oversight of the Marketing Automation campaigns programs including drip & nurture programs and customer communications
- Drive CRM Data Stewardship. Ensuring integrity of account records in CRM, including lead data and opportunities
- Ensure accurate synchronization between our Marketing Automation software and CRM database
- Work closely with our SEM agency to ensure performance across all our PPC campaigns
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to company goals
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERTISE:
- A university degree or diploma in marketing or equivalent experience recommended 3+ years’ experience in marketing programs and operations execution
- Keen interest in developing a career in marketing
- Familiarity with B2B SMB technology/software demand generation
- Power user-level experience with database-oriented CRM software products
- Power user-level experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using a Marketing Automation software (Preferably Eloqua)
- Experience with Google Adwords
- Basic HTML for landing page creation
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to effectively set priorities and manage multiple tasks and resources
- Ability to function effectively in a distributed, complex organization
- Familiarity with key online marketing strategies and concepts
- Exceptional communication skills– written and verbal
- Diligent work ethic, flexible, supportive and a team player
