Media Studies & Professional Communication Instructor contract
The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:
Develop curriculum and teach courses within a Media Studies and Professional Communication Diploma program; course topics include photography, visual design, and social media
Teach cross-disciplinary diploma courses in writing, interpersonal communication, and public speaking, as well as university transfer courses in topics such as media studies, research methods, and rhetoric
Demonstrate commitment to professional development and scholarship
The Media Studies and Professional Communication Diploma, with its combination of academic study and practical application, gives students the critical thinking skills that equip them with transferable skills to create effective messages for employers, ranging from traditional written messages to social media posts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- MA in Communication Studies or related discipline
- Recent work experience in communication, public relations, or a related field
