The Marketing Specialist will be focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products, services, and brand in the marketplace.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior and market trends, and identify target audience.
- Drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and contribute to the company's sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, and events.
- Analyze data, track campaign performance, and use metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Create and prepare the marketing contents, design promotional materials, and co-ordinate with internal or external teams to ensure the campaigns are executed effectively.
- Collaborate with different teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
Qualifications:
- College’s diploma in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a marketing specialist or in a similar position.
- Proven knowledge and experience in marketing principles and strategies.
- Proven knowledge and experience in market research, customer behavior, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
