Marketing Manager contract
Description:
Creates, develops and designs Marketing concepts, strategies and campaigns which support the buying and selling process;
Manages all aspects of brand development, as well as internal and external marketing activities;
Manages Public Relations and events;
Negotiates with suppliers on prices, delivery dates, and ensures quality control;
Responsible for the development, production and distribution of all internal communications as well as Marketing materials;
Acts as the communications liaison between Buying, Marketing and the Field to ensure that Branding information and strategies are communicated;
Collaborates with the Visual Presentation, Buying and Operations Departments;
Establish critical paths for all seasonal launches;
Establish seasonal events to drive sales;
Manages the Marketing Department’s annual budget;
Manages customer service activities for the brand;
Participates in the preparation, follow-up and control of the budget.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related field
- Four (4) to eight (8) years experience in Marketing or other related experience, including 4 years working in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding coaching and leadership abilities
- Result-driven with influencing skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office
