Marketing/Entrepreneur Instructor full-time
Duties:
The Donald School of Business at Red Deer College offers a wide variety of courses in support of two year diplomas in Business Administration and Financial Services, a Management Certificate, and the first and second year Bachelor of Commerce University Transfer programs. In addition, the school offers the third and fourth years of a post-diploma Bachelor of Business Administration degree in partnership with Mount Royal University.
We are looking for a Marketing/Entrepreneur professional with a broad range of experience in business. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that allow them to teach courses in sales, advertising and promotion, retail management, and events management to a wide range of learners. The successful candidate will also have a passion for teaching theory using applied learning strategies in a flexible environment. A desire to innovate in the achievement of learning outcomes is required.
The Donald School of Business' downtown campus is equipped with leading-edge learning spaces and is purposefully located in the heart of Red Deer's business centre to connect with and service the needs of the business community.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Masters Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in teaching entrepreneurship is also desired
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related Ph. D in business or marketing
- Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in marketing
- Experience teaching in a post-secondary environment is strongly recommended
