Action Data Communication, BMS Integrated Services, and M6 Security Corp are a reputable diversified group of companies delivering Electrical, Data, Security, and Monitoring services under one roof. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This is a permanent position that will be reporting to the Vice President and Sales team. The ideal candidate possesses a Marketing Diploma from a Post Secondary institute and has three to five years experience.

Knowledge of marketing and graphic design programs such as Adobe C5, and also MS Word is mandatory; and an understanding of MS Excel and MS Project is an asset. In addition, the candidate will be self motivated and reliable with impeccable attention to detail, exceptional time-management and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and openly with others regarding tasks and projects.

The duties and responsibilities consist of:

• Completing RFPs, Tenders
• Assisting with completion of tenders, Bids RFPs: Primary responsibility of formatting text/graphics for submission
• Work with Sales Team/ Management to develop marketing campaigns
• Work on all marketing materials for Tradeshows
• Website (merge content)
• Oversee marketing collateral for all companies
