Manager, Go-to-Market full-time

We are looking for a strong marketing leader with solid project management skills to join our team as a Manager, Go-to-Market. In this role, you will drive the global marketing planning process and synchronize the local implementation of the global marketing plans and packages.
Ideally you will have:
- 5+ years progressive marketing experience, preferably in operational marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Confidence developing coherent plans and implementing infrastructure to meet challenging objectives
- Strong B2B marketing knowledge
- Strong leader and peer influencer
- Good business judgment with an outside/in perspective
- Results oriented, with an ability to meet tough deadlines in a project management role
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience working and leading projects in a multi-cultural and multi-function (product, sales and marketing) environment
- Strong process-driven abilities and a passion for marketing
- Ability to travel internationally 4-6 times per year
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Define jointly with local marketing and commercial teams, the right go-to-market marketing plan (sell-in, sell-thru, sell-out actions and tools) in line with the Global Marketing Plan
- Create a clear and adapted go-to-market marketing plan in line with the marketing strategy and plans
- Promote and educate all stakeholders of the go-to-market marketing plan both internally and externally (sales meetings, launches, trade shows etc)
- Follow up on the execution of the go-to-market marketing plan with the local markets, ensuring they are in line with the global marketing plan
- Make the necessary adaptations to the Global Marketing Plan so that it respects the local market conditions
- Brief and follow-up on local marketing budgets
- Contribute to defining the global marketing strategy with the Director, Marketing Programs
- Contribute actively to the marketing toolkit project group and project manage the marketing toolkit to deliver adapted tools to the markets in a timely fashion
- Manage and participate in all key launch events (sales meetings, trade shows, key product launch events etc)
- Train local marketing resources
- Analyze and report the go-to-market plan performance (ROI, plan and tools relevance, marketing budget, etc.)
- Work closely with Merchandising and Retail teams to execute product launches at the retail level
- Work closely with Digital Marketing team to identify retail channel opportunities for the marketing toolkit; video, social, search
- Develop a global trade marketing team
