a day in the life of a ivivva Compliance Manager
- Develop global compliance strategy for hard and soft lines
- Develop a comprehensive global compliance program that protects our Brand and delivers a consistent guest experience internationally
- Determine appropriate test methods, standards and tolerances that deliver against the strategy
- Manage the third party service provider relationship for product compliance
- Partner cross functionally with raw materials development, Sourcing, Production and the LLO to deliver the right product
- Analyze trends in mill and supplier performance and provide corrective action and scorecards
- Analyze testing pass and failures and minimize risk areas
- Key project management and reporting
- Internal and external communicator

- 5-10 years experience in quality assurance
- Textile technology or textile chemistry experience required
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Textile Science or Chemical Engineering is preferred
- Strong knowledge of dyeing, knitting and weaving required
- Strong knowledge of product regulatory compliance required
