You’ll be in charge of preparing all graphic files for print and web and are typically the last person to  touch a file before publication. You have a passion for quality and attention to detail and possess a  strong design aesthetic and creative ability. You are a master of organization and you like your desktop and email apps tidy with well categorized folders. You’re a team player but you also take initiative and enjoy being self-directed when required. Working closely with our creative and accounts team, you will ensure consistency, accuracy and that our clients' brand guidelines have been considered. You’re the go-to person for technical questions regarding graphic files and typography blogs make you smile. Quality control starts and ends with you. Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and proficiency working in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat,
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Prepare clean and accurate files for print and digital production
• Passion for quality and superior attention to detail
• Identify inconsistencies in any given print or digital project
• Generate high quality solutions that align with our clients' business strategy
• Design around brand/graphic standards
• Work well independently and with a team
• Produce quality work in tight time frames
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent time management skills
• Demonstrate proactivity and accountability for the projects worked on
• Ability to think ahead, identify problems and troubleshoot
• Possess excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills
• Strong proofing, pre-flighting and press checking skills
• Responsible for attending press checks and ensure graphic standards of quality
• Assists in graphic design development when needed
• Strong sense of ownership & leadership with an ability to bring everything together
• Comfortable working in a Mac & PC environment

Education & Experience

• Completion of a post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related
• 3+ years experience in design studio/agency environment
