Interactive Designer full-time
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Interactive Designer who is passionate about all things marketing. In this role, you’ll create and deliver a range of cross-platform digital work ranging from responsive landing pages to emails, banners, microsites, editorial design and motion videos.
A Little Bit About You:
You have 2+ years of design experience with marketing teams or digital agencies
You see design as a process to solve business problems no matter how big or small the project
You have a fluid ability to design in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Sketch and After Effects
You have experience with ideation of projects including information architecture, wireframing, user experience and prototyping
You have experience working on marketing campaigns from ideation to launch.
You have a fantastic ability to manage your time wisely across projects, teams, and competing priorities
You are comfortable leading and managing projects with a team
You’re a good listener and a team player who can build strong relationships with copywriters, team leads and designers
You have a holistic understanding of how copy, design and UX work together to produce a final product that delivers an exceptional user experience while driving business results
Your Key Responsibilities:
You'll be embedded within the top of the funnel teams to produce exceptional interactive experiences
Within a marketing team, you’ll contribute to the creation and execution of digital design concepts that demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the company's objectives, brand, and audience
You will work collaboratively with other design members to reach project goals from other teams
You’ll design user-experiences from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mockups
You’ll implement and adapt established processes to effectively streamline design production
You’ll create marketing collateral for a wide range of online marketing campaigns
You’ll build landing pages using Unbounce for a multitude of brand initiatives
You’ll work within established brand guidelines to develop image styles and typography
You’ll produce finished work in accordance with the standards set by the Senior Art Director
