Interactive Account Director / Manager full-time
Job Description
You are an interactive account manager / director with experience working with business owners, directors of marketing and marketing managers. Your job is develop relationships with clients and to facilitate the design, build out and growth of client firms over an extended time-frame as a trusted advisor and interactive marketing expert.
Your motivation to join a consulting firm is be a part of something bigger than yourself. You want to be a partner in something that you believe in, where your opinion matters and where you have the opportunity to acquire an equity stake in an emerging employee owned company.
Desired Skills & Experience
You must have significant consulting, internet marketing and small business experience. You are a hands-on person who can get work, do the work, as well as direct and mentor others. Ideally you have owned your own company or have served as a co-owner / partner in a company. You have practical hands-on experience in the trenches. You know your way around search marketing, web analytics, social media, website development, on-line advertising and technology in general. You don't need to be a programmer, but you need to know enough to direct others.
You are an exceptional communicator and a collaborator who believes in on-going continuous improvement. You know that excellence is a team sport and you nurture your team to obtain their best effort and input. You are not a lone ranger who needs to do it all yourself. You are a relationship builder and have many people who will validate you as a standup professional worthy of their trust.
