Inbound Marketing Specialist full-time
Destiny Solutions is looking to expand our team with an inbound marketing specialist who can transform how we communicate with current and prospective clients.
You will develop and implement a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy that includes social media, CRM, SEO, email communications and much more. Working in a team environment, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of inbound marketing to distribute Destiny Solutions content and brand to a broad audience.
Destiny Solutions has an exciting brand and a plethora of industry-relevant content that needs to be circulated to key players in our industry, all across North America. Though ideally based in Toronto, we would also entertain exceptional applicants from other locations.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Strategize and implement means of increasing subscribers and leads
•Strategize and implement means of distributing content and increasing web traffic
•Advise on content production based on distribution metrics
•Create distribution campaigns to attract and foster leads
•Develop, grow and distribute subscriber newsletters
•Engage in social media conversations with key demographics
•Gather and analyze metrics in order to make recommendations
•Strategize and implement means to architect and improve Salesforce
•Implement and strategically improve use of marketing and email automation software
•Email marketing campaign and newsletter creation and execution
•Create and implement SEO strategies
•Manage and improve client portal
•Work collaboratively to define and use buyer personas
•Develop and maintain landing pages
•Actively participate in content marketing strategy and keep in close communication with team, regarding all activities and tasks
•Keep a pulse on hot topics and relay info to team
Qualifications:
•University degree
•2-5 years of inbound marketing experience, ideally in a b2b setting
•Extensive knowledge of social media, Wordpress, email automation and inbound marketing software, and Salesforce
•Strong grasp of analytics, and how to use them
•Project management skills
•Knowledge of HTML is an asset
•Ability to work in a team environment, helping out where needed
•Self-starter who takes initiative
•Experience with enterprise software applications and/or the higher-education industry is desirable, although not a requirement
