Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and consistent web/print collateral that reflects current brand guidelines
- Brainstorm with marketing and e-commerce teams to develop successful solutions for online and print based marketing
- Maintain and update all web site properties regularly, keeping content fresh, timely, accurate, and relevant
- Develop creative concepts and test new website features; make recommendations to improve site look and feel and user experience
- Work in an organized manner and archive all work appropriately
- Manage large, complex design projects from inception to completion
- Work with digital/print vendors and technology partners to estimate projects, oversee production, and report issues or unintended website behaviour
- Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings, processes and initiatives to evolve online marketing and web properties
- Mentor and inspire other team members
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Graphics/Web Design
- At least 3-5 years experience in Graphic and Web design
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, and Acrobat as well as Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to work in a cross-team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and shift between projects on a time-sensitive basis
- Possess keen eye for detail; proofreading all layouts; great problem/solving skills; being resourceful
- Ability to process suggestions, corrections, and feedback professionally
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback from superiors
