VISUAL DESIGNER

iQmetrix is looking for a driven, team oriented and enthusiastic designer to work on interactive retail technology. iQmetrix is a design driven company. Our design-first mentality has resulted in the continued success of our products. With our development office in Winnipeg expanding, we are looking to inject more local design talent into the mix.

You will be able to demonstrate your suitability for this role by providing examples of visuals that you have completed.

What we’re looking for:

• Detail Oriented with a passion for design and creating
• Always thinking of creative ways to improve our products, our environment, and our culture
• Willing to work with clients and colleagues on the continued improvement of our products
• Creation of Prototypes, Wireframes, and Mocks
• Experience with Design Practices
• Some experience with UI Design, Web Design, and Mobile Design.
• Basic video editing & animation principles
• Desire to continuously learn
• Open to take constructive feedback and improve designs through iteration

We have several design phases at iQmetrix, including wireframing, prototyping, and final design. We appreciate that every designer will have specific strengths, but we are looking for someone that could contribute in all of the phases of design. This particular role, focuses particularly on the final phases, the polished visual and motion designs.
