Core Responsibilities
The Go to Market Operations Manager is a future thinker who works on projects and initiatives that are focused on building and scaling the go to market process for the cross functional product team that are required for the growth of lululemons go to market process.

- Through collaboration with business leaders and IT define the ongoing evolution of the lululemon Go to Market process
- Owns the definition and maintenance of the product team functional accountability and decision rights
- Engage and Enroll business leaders and individuals in the future vision of the Go to Market process to ensure smooth transition from project to operations
- Collaborate with Business and IT partners to define and refine process and technology requirements
- Ensure integration and alignment of company projects with appropriate cross-functional partners in Ops Excellence IT, Brand, etc.
- Arrange appropriate support systems to ensure the long-term success of key projects after initial implementation
- Build relationships at all levels of the organization to provide clarity and visibility into the ongoing initiatives
- Assist in other special projects as assigned

- PMP or Bachelor Degree in business, merchandise management, or related field
- 2-5 years experience in vertically integrated global retail supply chain processes from concept through to in store delivery
- Solid understanding of IT applications inclusive of design, product development, merchandising, PO Management, and Supply Chain
- Strong program management experience with demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities
- You are an expert in collaboration and communication
- Has a passion for mentoring and coaching, our product, and seeing an idea come to fruition
- Able to work cross-functionally with different departments and at different levels within an organization
- Able to maintain confidentiality and communicate concisely and clearly
- Proficient in excel, word, visio, powerpoint
- Self motivated, passionate, detail oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire, that thrives in a fast-paced environment
