Position Overview:

LawDepot.com is currently expanding and looking to recruit an Email Marketing Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta. Working in the Marketing Departmentyou will be responsible for planning, executing and improving email campaigns. This is a full time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and organize email campaigns for our customer list
• Iterate and experiment to optimize open rate, click-through rate, and conversion
• Segment lists based on behaviours such as website interactions, purchases and past email engagements
• Work with designers and developers to ensure that our emails look great and are free of bugs
• Analyze campaign performance to suggest improvements and generate new ideas
• Develop documentation and process flow diagrams for email triggers and schedules
• Identify and push for improvements to make our email creation process more efficient and impactful

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Writing, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in an email marketing, conversion optimization or marketing role
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to analyze email performance and create plans based on results
• Ability to work independently on a variety of projects simultaneously
