About the Position

The Email Marketing Manager will provide global support for email marketing initiatives including planning, execution and analysis of email marketing campaigns and other marketing related activities. The Email Marketing Manager will be focused on email marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Be a growth agent.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with a focus on improving the conversions via digital channels.

Develop, implement and manage email marketing campaigns designed to deliver and nurture quality sales leads and drive revenue.

Direct content email marketing projects and initiatives to build brand awareness and drive inbound traffic.

Ensure email marketing activity is adequately covering all sales territories and work with inside sales and resellers to execute segmented programs where appropriate.

Understand how to leverage social networks and inbound marketing to enhance email campaign performance and nurture current prospects.

Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve those metrics across areas of responsibility.

Analyze email campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps.

Follow company policies and marketing procedures effectively.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in demand generation, including B2B Marketing Communications and email marketing.

Strong knowledge of key email marketing principles and the creative development and execution process.

Experience working on a variety of email marketing campaigns and tactics.

Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copy writing and proofreading.

Ability to operate in a dynamic, agile and fun environment.

HTML knowledge and skills a plus.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player.

Positive attitude, confident and competitive.

A good sense of humor goes a long way.
