Ecommerce Manager full-time

We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to help us develop and operate our direct online sales platform. In particular, you will help develop our ecommerce platform for Europe and drive sales and margin earned on an international scope.
Ideally you will have:
- 3-5 years of management experience in ecommerce sales
- Business school diploma or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the Arc’teryx brand and products
- Experience in operational marketing, development, and/or international distribution
- Ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Strong understanding of outdoor retail marketplace
- Understanding of national specificities in the context of an international project
- Sense of outcome and customer relationship
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing all project phases of developing the direct online sales platform, including requirement gathering, feasibility studies, preparation of specifications, planning, and execution
- Ensuring compliance in cost, timing, and quality in the development of an Arc’teryx ecommerce platform for Europe
- Working with key support functions while being primarily responsible for all aspects of the performance and profitability of ecommerce worldwide
- Seeking out and recommending enhancements and opportunities for improvement on all aspects of the site including technical, web design, logistics, and marketing
- Implementing quality indicators and manage ROI to optimize site profitability and performance, and optimize the product offer in relation to market requirements
- Working with supply and logistics department, as well as external partners, to maintain the right level of stock and set up the right logistic flow to fulfill consumers’ needs
- Liaising with the online marketing department to optimize the customer path, the SEO, and clearness and attractiveness of the product offering
- Proposing, implementing, and tracking the key indicators for marketing, merchandising, and financial in order to detect and propose adapted solutions
- Driving the product ranges, prices, and promotions for the different membership acquisition campaigns/ SEM/ display, and evaluate the effectiveness of each of them
- Coordinating with the right persons within Arc’teryx to deal with consumer queries
- Driving and coordinating the different providers involvement in the development of the ecommerce site
