Digital Media Buyer full-time

Currently, to support our growth, we are looking for a Digital Media Buyer to join our team.
About the Role:
As the Digital Media Buyer, you are responsible for delivering online media buys to support customer acquisition goals at established acquisition costs. You will develop and execute paid media campaigns across paid search and display platforms. In addition, your key accountabilities will be as follows:
- Responsible for the development, execution and management of client campaigns including paid search, display, retargeting and mobile
- Deliver exceptional results to clients through the proactive and creative optimization of campaigns
- Negotiate media buy, review and approve contracts
- Tracks, monitors and ensures that campaigns are delivering against all KPI's and client objectives
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth
- Negotiate pricing and acquire inventory (primarily on a CPA basis)
- Analyze and generate report on campaign performance - communication with account managers to drive optimization and growth of accounts
About You:
A seasoned Digital Media Buyer, you are backed by countless successful campaigns resulting in favourable ROIs. You are results oriented and continuously look for creative ways to make each campaign and program better than the last. In addition, you also possess the following:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience managing online advertising campaigns, ad yield analysis
- Strong mobile buying experience
- Solid understanding of performance media channels and platforms
- Ability to develop and execute ROI focused Real Time Bidding (RTB) strategies in Ad Exchange environment
- Solid experience in data targeting, profile targeting, display advertising, and direct response
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to explain technical concepts to marketers and other stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Superb problem solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience with buying through one of the below Demand-Side Platforms
- AppNexus
- MediaMath
- DataXu
