Digital Marketing Coordinator full-time
Norm Li is seeking a motivated and enterprising Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Based in Toronto, we create beautiful visualizations of architectural places and spaces for the real estate development and design industry. We’re in the business of making our clients look good.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategy that further promotes our company’s product and service offerings, and culture. You will actualize the marketing plan, participate in business development activities, and follow-up on the success of the campaigns.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Principal, and Leadership Team (Managing Directors and Director of Operations), you will also be part of a greater team of high-performing Architectural Illustrators, Post Production Artists, and Operations force. We believe that true collaboration is the key to achieving exceptional results, plus it’s more fun.
RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA
Develop content strategy that further promotes company’s service offerings and culture:
Create social media calendar
Generate original content (with support from Post Production Team)
Develop monthly newsletter and manage/grow newsletter subscription
Manage/update digital collateral: company website and online profiles (Architizer, CGArchitect, Vimeo, etc.)
MARKETING
Execute on marketing plan actionable items:
Update/Create marketing content and collateral based on Business Development objectives set by Principal (portfolio books, custom newsletters, etc.)
Create/Update branding collateral as needed using Branding Guidelines
Work with Principal and Director of Operations on executing promotional partnerships
Monitor competition
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Work closely with Principal/Leadership Team on Business Development initiatives:
Assist in conducting research and evaluation of new client/project opportunities
Attend client meetings and provide support during pitches and client brainstorm sessions
Assist Director of Operations on managing client loyalty initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a creative field
A self starter that has a foundation in graphic/multimedia design and B2B marketing
Entrepreneurial spirit; someone that is resourceful, autonomous and that can execute
Experience in managing social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Wordpress
NICE TO HAVE
Background in PR, Copywriting or both
Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics
Interest/knowledgeable in Architecture, Interior Design and/or Virtual Reality technology, Real Estate Development industry
