In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of photography samples, photography production volumes, image management and colour work as needed

Job Highlights

• Reconciling planner lists and block plans and prepare information for upcoming photo shoots on a weekly basi
• s Organizing sample room and keep up to date ensuring that samples are returned on a weekly basis to internal buyers
• Overseeing stock image acquirement, liaise with Sr. Manager for new images
• Acquiring clipping paths as needed, uploading and downloading via ftp or to other external resources
• Ensuring that new images are placed in the appropriate location and pick-up images are accessible for designers
• Ensuring that retouching and clean-up of images where needed is completed, changes communicated to flyer team
• Support Senior Manager with block plans as needed, add sample details and sku, contact buyers for outstanding info

Job Requirements

• Proactive, resourceful and multi-tasking individual
• Strong organization skills and good attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of weekly production schedule and strong time management skills
• Valid Driver’s License is required, vehicle is an asset
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of mac platform is a must
• Creative Suite, scheduling tools and color experience and comprehension of commercial photography an asset
