The Digital Community Strategist will take a leadership role in the development of our brand community. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who has utilized social media in their strategies. The main responsibility of the Digital Community Strategist will be engaging our target demographic and creating a digital space they will want to interact with.

The right candidate will have experience creating compelling messages tailored to niche target markets. The overall aim of this position is to promote consistent user engagement. To achieve this, the Digital Community Strategist will work closely with our growing creative marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to acquire potential users and increase user engagement.
• Engineer online and offline campaigns which increase product and brand awareness.
• Collect information and statistics on target audiences and competitors in order to develop a more engaging online community.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Development team to generate unique needs and optimize product performance.
• Be able to produce content for a niche target market.

Qualifications:

• Marketing experience for a mainly B2C audience
• Proven experience in web and social media marketing
• Experience in the software and technology industry
• Copy and creative writing background is a plus
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills
• A team player willing to hit the ground running
• The ability to think outside the box
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or business preferred
